“After toasting my hair while fire dancing, my hair was in an extreme need of some TLC. I remember thinking I might need to shave my head! I reached out to Kristina and of course she was able to make me the most incredible magic hair potion. This beautiful smelling serum saved my hair! (I ended up getting a drastic trim as well, which see also recommended.) My locks became moist, and stronger instantly and I started seeing baby hairs come in fast. Never greasy or oily, only enhancing the natural look. Now, my hair is full of shine, volume, thickness and strength and my wavy curls are so defined. Also, her yoga teachings and sound journeys are so healing. “I’ll never forget the first time I met Kristina. In the ocean in Hale’iwa, North Shore on O’ahu was where we first crossed paths. As we spoke, her voice was so soft, calming and she swayed her hands through the water, receiving the healing powers it had to offer. I didn’t realize how healing those waters were and how spiritual and down to earth she was until we began to speak. I didn’t realize that she was the tip of the iceberg for me, on which I would thereafter slide into a new chapter and journey of realizing my calm spirit and, listening to my spirit and learning how to ‘turn the love I have for others, inwards to myself’. A yoga practice from Kristina became available and I knew I had to be there to receive what she had to offer. Her voice was so calming and peaceful, you couldn’t think about anything else when you were with her. It was like a meditative trance just listening to her voice and feeling the energy she shared. It felt so calming in my body. She began the practice with breathing exercises, followed by a guided series of poses that were just the right level of intensity, to suit all of our energy levels. We experienced a beautiful sound bath from her crystal singing bowls, as we all laid in peace after our practice. She then moved around us, soft and gently, while we were lying there (floating). She embraced us with a gentle loving touch of aromatherapy across our foreheads and temples. It elevated my experience to another level. Like a world I’ve never been to. Soon after, I felt an almost overbearing rush of love and just such a beautiful energy I’d never experienced before. It was like everything was OK, I was safe and exactly where I needed to be. I noticed that everything I’d been holding onto (that I didn’t need to hang on to) and what I was searching for presented and released itself all at the same time. It was an explosion of feelings and energy that I didn’t anticipate. It turned into overflowing waterfall of tears. It was such a beautiful release. The sound bath continued and so did the healing in my soul. I’ve never felt such a long lasting peace that I could carry with me after seeing Kristina. I know now it’s within me, and I just remind myself that..as I remember what she brought into my life. Something I’ll truly never forget. A life lesson and blessing. I’m forever grateful for the day I met Kristina in the ocean of Hawai’i.
